I like a picture with a low quality when it makes you wonder how would it look with a good accuracy, filling the image of mistery, i like bad quality pictures only that way. art have no limits.

What defines you 'bad quality' photo?
A grainy picture with a monolog effect
or a picture with no ISO dots with amazing
flare effect or what so ever, I think both
both ways can make a picture stands out.
Regardless taken with the newest DLSR
or a monolog camera c:

Yes. Mine always look really grainy and nasty (even at ISO 100) bigger than 1000px wide which makes it impossible to use as a wallpaper or anything. :B
