I like a picture with a low quality when it makes you wonder how would it look with a good accuracy, filling the image of mistery, i like bad quality pictures only that way. art have no limits.

Really depends..... the quality of the 'inspiration' is more important than the picture sometimes

What defines you 'bad quality' photo?
A grainy picture with a monolog effect
or a picture with no ISO dots with amazing
flare effect or what so ever, I think both
both ways can make a picture stands out.

Not really as not everyone on here has the same skill levels. As long they've tried their best that's what counts

Yes. Mine always look really grainy and nasty (even at ISO 100) bigger than 1000px wide which makes it impossible to use as a wallpaper or anything.
