the sun will never stop shining........ -until it explodes. but that aside, these are some really lovely pictures! I went through and +faved at least half of them.. I haven't seen such a fantastic collection of photography in a while! and I really like how they all follow a general theme of colors. they are all so warm and bright, I can almost feel the sunlight emanating from each of them it's such a mood lifter, being able to see all these beautiful places and things that I would have otherwise missed in the bustle of life. it's wonderful, getting a glimpse into someone else's experiences, and being able to have a sample of a beautiful moment in a persons life; especially with the lovely ones here.
but all stars should eventually come to a point in which they burn up all the elements and such that have kept them burning all their years, and eventually either collapse in on themselves, or explode into a network of nebulae
unless I have it wrong, which I may, because it's been a number of years since I've researched these kinds of things ^^
Well it will implode, and then everything but the core will be shot out into space and billions of years after that the white dwarf will completely cool and there will be no light. So exploding is close enough.

Not necessarily imploding, the sun will expand to the point of red giant then shed the layers creating a planetary nebula c: but you're right, it will become a white dwarf and as the elements burn up, nuclear fusion will no longer be possible and light will not be generated. c:
Do you like quasi-stellar radio-sources? c: most of them are actually radio silent ^^
